  • Shipping Restrictions: Froostgearnie may be unable to deliver to certain locations, including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or regions that prohibit the shipment of luxury items.

Please note that Froostgearnie is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, natural disasters, or any events outside our control. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply to international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Froostgearnie purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.

    • The return period is 30 days from the date you received your product.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, shipping error, or damaged product.

  • Refunds:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Froostgearnie error.

All Froostgearnie watches are backed by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care.
  • Wear and tear (e.g., scratches, discoloration, or normal aging of leather bands).
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.
